Return Policy/Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist within 30 days of delivery by e-mailing goalsafar@goalsafar.com. Please supply the Specialist with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number.
